Volunteer – Dining Hall – Sweeping after each meal

Dust mops and regular brooms will be stored in the kitchen storage closets.
  • Sweeping needs to be done after every meal. 
  • After breakfast and lunch, sweeping can be done around the tables without moving them. 
  • After supper, the tables should be cleaned, then folded and moved to the outer walls.
  • Sweeping needs to be completed before the mopping machine runs.
The mopping machine should be ran by someone in the kitchen or another volunteer.
